Some folks want to just give their name and number and have us call them back about their tickets with the costs, estimated fines, expected outcome, etc. This is called a "quick quote." No obligation.
Some folks prefer to set up the case online with a credit card. Typically, these clients have used our service before, and just need an email from us to confirm our representation.
Either way, before we run a credit card we will call for verification from the card owner.
