Robin Sullivan, Attorney At Law
Mr. Sullivan, or "Sully" as some of his friends call him, is the founder of the Traffic Law Center of Sullivan & Associates. He is a lifelong member of the St. Louis community, and is married to Julianne Sullivan. They have four daughters (Erin, Bailey, Mackenzie and Delaney), one granddaughter (Iris Sullivan) and they live in Chesterfield, Missouri.
A proud graduate of the Missouri University School of Law (J.D. 1982), Southeast Missouri State University (1978), Major: B.A. Political Science, Minor emphasis Management and Marketing), attendee at University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Business MBA program. A combination of business and legal education formed the foundation for establishment of a law firm with a business edge in terms of management, marketing, business process and tools, and strategic planning.
Mr. Sullivan handles the business side of the practice with the much needed help and advice of his management team. He also encourages an entrepreneurial spirit and team approach in each and every TLC team member.
He deals personally with positive and negative feedback and has as his goal "zero dissatisfied clients." This may sound like an impossible goal when one considers that TLC has handled half a million traffic ticket cases, but it his belief that most complaints can be handled by simply asking the client, "What do you think is fair?" and then doing his best to meet the client's expectations.
Working with software development and training partners, his fellow attorneys and legal assistant staff, Mr. Sullivan supervised the development of a paperless case management system that allows for secure document retrieval, storage, instant access and review by any authorized TLC staff person. Utilizing this system, our clients can stop by any office anywhere and review each and every document in their client file. If a client calls and says, "Please email a copy of the letter you sent to me last month", we're able to do it within a few seconds.
